For all those interested in what goes on at North Somerset Council meetings, this week’s Executive meeting was the first to be recorded and made available online. In future, meetings of the Executive and full council will be live streamed.

Councillor Mike Bell said: “I’ve campaigned for this for a long time so that the council is more open and transparent. I’m delighted we’ve been able to make this happen. Apologies that it’s not an all singing and dancing system as we’ve tried to do this on the cheap!”
