The formal consultation process on the planned changes at Weston Hospital and A&E has begun. There are public meetings and an online survey. Please make every effort to take a look and have your say. Without a strong public response, our hospital will be downgraded and our A&E will close overnight permanently.

We need our A&E at Weston Hospital to stay open we have many more people to look after and I for one can’t be traveling to Bristol or Taunton if my Husband is taken poorly while A&E is closed at night ( I don’t drive ) and it would take me forever to get there, why not listen to the people of Weston for once and the consultants who says it could work, we certainly don’t seem to matter anymore it is so sad.
