Homes England, in conjunction with North Somerset Council, is inviting the public to a consultation on planned developments for the Sunnyside Road and Locking Road car parks. They are keen to hear the public’s thoughts on the new proposed development, which will offer approximately 400 contemporary homes, including apartments and houses, and will “improve” the entrance to the town centre.
The consultation will be:
Where: Old Town Hall
When: Wednesday 27 June
Time: 1pm – 8pm
The developments are part of the Weston Town Centre Regeneration Programme that aims to deliver improvements to key development sites and positively encourage investment within the town.

I would love the Council to put an embargo on tiny 1 and 2 bedroom properties. I cannot imagine any more properties of this type are needed in W.S.M.All it leads to is dissatisfaction, and constant moving on of people. And developers should as a matter, of course, be responsible for trees ,and waste bins on footpaths.
