Adults living in Weston-super-Mare are being encouraged to contact North Somerset Council’s Health Trainer service to receive up to 12 free sessions of healthy lifestyle support.

Every year the council’s Health Trainer service successfully supports hundreds of local residents to eat healthier, drink less alcohol, lose weight, exercise more and stop smoking.

Appointments for support are now available at two new locations:

• Oldmixon Family Centre, Monkton Avenue, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9DA on a Tuesday 9-11am for stop-smoking support
• Big Worle, 11 Feniton, Clovelly Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS22 6LN on a Wednesday morning for general healthy lifestyles support.

Appointments are already available at the Town Hall and For All Healthy Living Centre:

• Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1UJ, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am-12noon
• For All Healthy Living Centre, 68 Lonsdale Avenue, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3SJ, Wednesdays 1.30-2.30pm.
